TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
WELCOME TO THE AVEGA WEB PORTAL ("PORTAL").
USING THIS PORTAL INDICATES THAT YOU HAVE READ AND ACCEPT THESE
TERMS OF USE
This Portal is available only to authorized personnel of Avega's corporate
members (the "User") who have signed Avega Web Portal Terms and Conditions
of Use. If you are not duly authorized to access this Portal for the User, please
end your session now.
Avega has issued to the User a username and a password. The User shall be solely
responsible for maintaining appropriate security measures to assure that the username
and password are kept confidential and used only by individuals it has authorized
to access its web portal account. The User is solely responsible for any and all
activities that occur under the User's Portal account and for ensuring that the
User exits or logs-off from the User's Portal account at the end of each session
of use.
Avega shall provide the Portal on an "as-is" basis and makes no warranty with
respect thereto. Avega does not warrant the availability, accuracy, integration,
reliability or completeness of the Portal. Avega shall not be responsible
for any loss, damage or injury caused by data transmission, computer hardware, computer
operating systems or the use of other software or programs not made available by
Avega nor for typographical, technical or other errors. Avega shall
not be liable for any failure or delay in the online services caused by force majeure
or causes beyond its control, including but not limited to, power or electrical
problems or shortages, failure or defect of any third party hardware, software,
communication facilities, internet or communication service providers, calamities,
slow-downs and the like.
The User shall use the Portal solely for the purpose of implementing the provisions
of the Group Corporate Agreement. The User shall not disclose any information contained
in the Portal to any third party without the prior written consent of the employee
or his/her dependent and Avega.
I agree to the foregoing terms and conditions.
BY AGREEING TO THE FOREGOING, YOU AGREE TO BE JOINTLY AND SEVERALLY LIABLE WITH
THE USER FOR VIOLATION OF ANY OF THESE TERMS ANDS THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE
AVEGA WEB PORTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE.
